About Skills4You

Skills4You is a young company managed by 2 enthusiastic consultants. Since they still work in the field, they understand the needs of both the client and the IT Consultant. We focus on the IT environment, in the broadest sense of the word, which means that we play the entire field of developers, analysts, team leads, ... so that we master all facets of a project. IT professionals must feel good under the wings of Skills4You, and therefore not be limited by small print in contracts. We work with employees, freelancers, and everything in between.

Our employees are guided on their path towards excellence and get the time to master themselves in different aspects of their professional skills. But not only on technical level we are connected, but we also try to have a social connection with all our employees and customers, with an open and transparent communication.

We also guide employees who later want to take the step into the freelance world, so that they can continue to concentrate on their skills, while we take care of the administration involved. We try to arrange as much as possible for existing freelancers that they too only have to develop and perfect their skills. Finally, we focus on internships, so that the intern can not only develop the practical side of his story, but also be assisted by our in-house experts.
